The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners currently serves as the Cherokee County Board of Social Services. The Board of Social Services meets on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM, unless otherwise posted. If a meeting falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held on the following Thursday. Board meetings are held on the 3rd floor of the Cherokee County Department of Social Services building. located at 4800 W. US HWY 64, Murphy, NC.
