The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners is currently accepting applications from Cherokee County residents who are interested in serving on the following volunteer boards:
- Cherokee County Board of Health - N.C. Licensed Dentist and N.C. Licensed Pharmacist
- Cherokee County Economic Development Board
- Tri-County Community College Board of Trustees
- Cherokee County Tourism Development Authority. Applicant must be affiliated with a business that collects Cherokee County occupancy tax, or be currently active in promoting travel and tourism in Cherokee County.
Interested persons should submit an application to the Clerk to the Board at 75 Peachtree Street, Murphy, NC 28906; or, via email maria.hass@cherokeecounty-nc.gov, no later than noon on June 14, 2024.
