Request for Proposal For INSULATION PROJECT – ROCK GYM        

Cherokee County is soliciting sealed proposals for Insulation Project – Rock Gym, to the Cherokee County Finance Office, 75 Peachtree Street, Murphy, NC 28906 until 4:00 PM, July 7, 2022.   No proposal will be accepted after the official time and date.   Copies of the proposal forms may be obtained by contacting the Cherokee County Finance Office, phone (828) 837-2130 ext. 1812, during regular business hours.  The County encourages participation by small, minority, disabled, and woman-owned businesses.  Cherokee County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals.  It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to ensure that its bid reaches the Finance Office by the designated date and hour indicated above.

 All Bidders are hereby notified that they must have the proper license as required under North Carolina laws.  Contracts for Work under this bid will be governed by all applicable laws, ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over this type of the project.
